What Are The Steps In The Certified Roof Installation System:

1. The perimeter of the home is prepared and secured for the roof installation about to begin.

2. The existing roof covering is removed exposing the wood deck. A thorough inspection of the wood deck is completed. If there is any rotten or damaged wood, it is replaced.

3. We will design an attic Ventilation system to make sure that your attic temperature and humidity levels are kept to their absolute lowest. This will be very beneficial to lowering your home’s cooling and heating costs as well as protecting your family from the effects of excess humidity in your home.

4. We will install a leak barrier over the wood deck and beneath the roof covering layer to insure that your wood deck stays dry.

5. We will install new drip edge at the roof edges to protect your fascia boards and deck against the elements.

6. We will install either premium quality shingles or metal to exceed code requirements.

7. All permits and inspections will be acquired and successfully passed.

8. Upon completion of all work, the work site will be thoroughly cleaned and debris will be hauled away.

9. One of our representatives will be onsite at least once per day inspecting the work being done and will also be onsite upon job completion to make sure that the entire project has been successfully completed.
