Although recently incorporating in 2003 we have been in the general construction and roofing business locally since 1981. We are certified to work throughout the entire state of Florida.

Certified Roofers and General Contractors Inc. is a FHA and VA approved contractor and we have successfully completed thousands of projects for the VA, FHA, City of Tampa’s community Redevelopment Agency, the challenge fund, the Hillsborough County Assistance Program and countless private residential roof replacements. We have maintained a stellar record with the Better Business Bureau and only recently have become a preferred contractor with Owens Corning, a credential that all contractors strive for but few obtain.
